Psych-K – Tool for Change

In most cases, some form of change is required to achieve and maintain the results that you desire.  When needed and with discussion with the client, Psych-K is used to help enable and speed up change complimented with building new skill sets.

Why is it hard to make changes?

The reason for this is that our automatic behavior is determined by our subconscious mind.  The good side of this is that we do not need to think about breathing, our heart pumping blood and all the other functions that are critical for life.  In the same way, all of our automatic responses to life are stored in our subconscious mind. The problem is that some of these beliefs are self-limiting. These unconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve.
